All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order (as per tracking info).

While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for online store credits or exchange when received within a 14 day return period. Once 14 days are up, you will only receive up o 80% of the total of your order before shipping and taxes.

POLICY: Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. Any items that have been washed are not eligible for return. We cannot be responsible for washed items. But you can contact us if you have an issue and we'd be happy to help as much as we can. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

 

EXCHANGES: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items, process the return, and send you an email with your online store credit within 2-3 business days. Once you receive the credit, you will be able to use it towards any future online purchase at judieskinis.com. Unfortunately, due to high demand, we cannot put items on hold for use with store credit. Item must be purchased online with store credit code and regular shipping fees apply.

FINAL SALE ITEMS 
- Orders placed with any discount code, anything in the sale section, items reduced in price, or clearance cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.
